Great and reliable service and very caring crew and reasonable charges for the work they did in my house for heating and cooling maintenance

Our HVAC blower motor died, of course on one of the coldest Saturdays in December. Mark was at our condo, literally in an hour, with four space heaters for us to use. He removed the broken blower motor and they were back on Monday with a new one. We were warm all weekend thanks to Mark. These guys (including Ryan who installed on Monday) did a great job. They were professional and the price was very reasonable. When it's time for a whole new HVAC unit, they'll be getting our business. Thanks guys!!

In Dec.2020 I had to replace my furnace, oil tank, and had to have the chimney liner installed and upper part of chimney repointed. Mark was the one point of contact for me so I only had to deal with one contractor. Mark managed all aspects of the repair and installations. He also helped me with the energy assistance web so I could get a lower rate loan. His crew were efficient, clean, and went over what was being installed. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent company to work with.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Landucci heating and Cooling. The guys were very knowledgeable, polite, neat, respectful and very talented at their craft. Five Star Service to Mark and his crew. Had a new gas boiler installed in beginning of December. Converted from oil. Couldn’t be happier! Very thorough, installed in one day, old oil tank removed, excellent all around job. I like the fact that they’re local and have great attention to detail. Would recommend Landucci Heating and Cooling to anyone! Job well done!

Mark is very dependable and reliable. He is extremely fair. On top of all this I am very new about 18 months into learning about rental properties. I have tried various heating/cooling guys in this time. Mark ends up fixing old work and their work. The great thing is he is nice about it, tries to teach me things so I can understand, most individuals don't care. Now, even if he is busy I rather wait till he is free for heating and cooling needs rather then hire someone that does horrible work. This review is not fake, Mark did not pay me, I can even be called at 646-267-9949 because it is very important to have good, reliable people around you.
